The Craighead County Sheriff’s Office will be hosting a Concealed Carry Weapon class on April 9th 2016 starting at 8:00 am at the Craighead County Sheriff’s Firing Range.

This Training class will benefit the Arkansas Sheriff’s Wives Scholarship Program. This Program supports and awards scholarships to the children of Certified County Law Enforcement Officers throughout the state that qualifies to further their education by attending College within the State of Arkansas. Almost 40 scholarships were issued last year, and with your help this program continues to grow each year. Poinsett County Chief Deputy Kevin Molder will be the instructor for the course, and he is a former awardee of the scholarship program.

The cost of this CCW class will be $100.00 and all proceeds will go directly to the Arkansas Sheriff’s Wives Scholarship Program. This class is limited to the first 25 participants that register so we expect for this to fill quickly.
